Even if... ch. 1

EVEN IF THE SKY IS FALLING DOWN



Info about the characters:

Goku- 40 years old (only by the looks he is 20, 'cause he's a Saiyan), has two sons (Goten is 18 and Gohan 27) but single, Chichi met Gurpoth (Yamcha's friend).

Vegeta- 46 years old (only by the looks he is 26, 'cause he's a Saiyan too), has a son and a daugther (Trunks is 21 and Bulla is 17), still married, only going through a hard time, Bulma and him are always fighting, those fights can get serious.

Bulma- 45 years old (looks like 45 years old ^^), has Trunks and Bulla with Vegeta, only she's crying most of the days, because of all of the fights between her and Vegeta.

Trunks- 21 years old, very complexed person, Vegeta gave him a hard time through life, has a problem with controling his anger.

Bulla- 17 years old, like Bulma she is crying her eyes out because of all the fights between her parents, often tryed to kill her self.

Gohan- 27 years old, has a daughter Pan ad wife Videl, went through a very hard time with Chichi leaving them behind.

Goten- 18 years old, very strong (mentaly), he is pretending like he is fine, but inside he is dying out of sorrow, the only one who knows is his best friend Trunks.





It was a summer day. Hot, sweaty and thirsty Goku was walking through the center of the city. He was thinking about Chichi. What is she doing? Is she okay? Is she really happier with Gurpoth than him? He didn't understand why she left. It was a fresh break-up, she left not even a month ago. Goku was very emotionaly weak in this period.

While walking by a park, he spotted Bulma sitting on a bench, with her palms over her face. She was shivvering. Goku got worried and ran over to her.

''BULMA!!'' he scremed. Bulma raised her head up and looked for the person who called her. When she saw it was Goku, she got up and ran to him. She just threw her self in his arms, crying her self out. Goku hugged her without any words and just thought about Chichi in the moment. With crying and shivvering Bulma on his chest, his eyes got full with tears too. Bulma felt his tear on her forehead and she raised her look to his face. Goku was crushed now; he was just remembering the first time they met, the first time they kissed, the time they got married... He was suffering very hardly. Bulma stepped away from him and wiped her tears, because she knew it was no good for her to be like that in front of Goku, who was suffering much more than her.

''Goku... Let's wipe those tears and go home, shall we? It's way too hot to be staying outside right now!'' she said gently and smiled.

Goku opened his eyes and looked at the smiling Bulma. He wiped his tears and took a deep breath.

''You're right, it is too hot... Shall we?'' he said and he held Bulma's hand, in sign of encouragement. Bulma nodded and they were heading back home. While walking, Bulma was trying to keep her mind off Vegeta and tried to keep Goku's mind off Chichi so she talked about Trunks' birthday.

''I was thinking of throwing him a party. It would be nice if we were all together and he would need a little fun these days, all he does is laying in his room, I guess he is bored!'' said Bulma, all cheerful to cheer Goku up. She was successing.

''Yeah, that would be a great idea! Now tell me Bulma, while we're still alone...'' said Goku. Bulma swallowed. ''Tell me Bulma, what's going on with you and Vegeta? I saw he was crazy the other day when he went out of your house!'' he said.  Bulma got angry.

''That big jerk! He's an IDIOT, that's what happened! But there is one thing you don't know Goku... It's that I am in love with someone else...'' said Bulma quickly, hoping it wouldn't sound that bad. She was wrong. Goku stopped and froze on the spot.

''W-what? You're in love with some other guy but not Vegeta?? BULMA!'' Goku got angry.

''What?? I have a right to do it, Vegeta doesn't love me! HE SAID SO!'' screamed Bulma angrily.

''That is no reason to leave him! Besides, since when do you believe what Vegeta is saying? Huh? TELL ME!'' Goku was now really pissed. He couldn't believe what he was hearing.

''I THOUGHT YOU WOULD UNDERSTAND! I thought.... I thought you were my best friend!'' said Bulma sadly. She stepped back and turned her face from Goku. Goku looked at her madly.

''Bulma, are you hearing your self? I may be your best friend, but definition of a best friend doesn't mean supporting someone for getting hooked on drugs, he tries to talk his friend out of it! That's what I'm doing! You can't make me support you on something that is insane! You won't even TRY to save your marrige!'' Goku was yelling on Bulma. Turned away from him, Bulma sighed.

''You think I didn't try?'' she said trough her teeth. Goku was silent on this one. She turned back to face him. ''You think I didn't TRY? I did ANYTHING just to make him believe me that I loved him...'' said Bulma, but Goku cut her.

''Do you, Bulma?'' he asked seriously. Bulma was speachless. Goku couldn't believe. He turned away from Bulma and began walking home alone, leaving confused Bulma behind.
